I was given a bag of Mrs. Leeper's organic corn elbows. What standard is used for testing the gluten... is it less than 20 ppm, less than 10 ppm or less than 5 ppm?
Response: Tests on Mrs. Leeper's pastas are carried out by an external lab and product is released only after receipt of the certificate shows negative results (lower GF index/below 20ppm)
