Preparation: Warm the milk on the stove in a pot or in the microwave just until it is warm not boiling.
*Whip the milk until it becomes a dense foam. If you use a handheld mixer, it will not be as frothy. Prepare the Mount Hagen Coffee according to instructions. Fill mugs half way. Divide the vanilla milk foam and place half the foam on each mug. Dust each with extra cocoa if you choose.
*You can skip the frothing of the milk and just add the warm vanilla milk to the Mount Hagen Coffee to make your Latte.
