- 3 teaspoons Pero Extra all natural beverage
- 1 teaspoon caramel syrup
- 1 teaspoon peppermint syrup
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1.5 to 2 teaspoons milk
- Crushed ice
- Mint leaves (optional)
Preparation: Mix together all ingredients and pour into a tall glass. Garnish with peppermint if desired. Serve with straw. |
