Preparation: Stir all the ingredients together well and boil. Continue boiling and reduce for at least for 10 minutes stirring constantly. Cover baking tray with aluminium foil, grease foil slightly and layer with approximately 1/2 inch of the caramel mixture you prepared. Let the mixture cool down until it is tepid or lukewarm. Cut with a long, sharp knife in small squares and let cool.
